David has extensive experience in constitutional, electoral, and administrative litigation, as well as in procedures for nullity, cancellation and infringement of industrial property rights. He has extensive training in control of conventionality and constitutionality. He is the author of numerous articles and has been invited as a speaker in different academic forums.
He drafted the complaint of contradiction of thesis 24/2017, from which jurisprudence was created regarding the legal interest to sue the cancellation of trademark registrations.

- Acquired a diploma in Amparo from the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico
- Diploma in Electoral Procedural Law from the Judicial School of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary Power
